Subscription refund

  Hello!
  I bought a domain for a school project and ended up not needing it for the past year ended up being charged the subscription again and was wondering if I would qualify for a refund since I hadn’t used the domain at all?

  Sure! I’ve issued a refund and there is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to show on your statement, so the money should be with you around then :)
