Subscription refund

  Hi, I requested a cancellation/refund of $300 for my account around a week ago that hasn’t been processed yet. Can you please let ms know if this is still in process?

  Hi Garrett,

  it looks like your subscriptions were canceled but the refund was not processed. I have now issued a full refund of $300.
  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process the refund.

  Let me know if you have any more questions regarding that.
