Subscription refund

    I subscribed to the personal plan on WordPress on the 18th of May, 2020, but then I requested for refund almost immediately, and up till now I have not gotten the refund….please attend to my case

    Hi, in your case there were two refunds. One, for $84, was processed as a reversal: we cancelled the charge before it was finalized. Most banks will simply remove the charge rather than listing it as a refund, but you can check with yours to be certain.

    The domain refund for $18 was processed a bit too late to reverse, but I can confirm it is complete. Can you contact your bank about the reversal, and about that? If you still don’t see them, let us know and we can email the ARN for the $18 refund.
