Subscription refund

    I went through with the refund process and cancelled my domain name and subscription on December 30th. I knew that it worked as my I’ve received both the email confirmation and see the charge being reversed on my account. However, I noticed recently that there is a new pending charge for the same amount even though I’ve removed all the card info from my account. I was not sent a receipt along with this new charge. What’s happening?

    I checked your account, and the refund was processed on 12/30. There should not be any pending transactions. It can take up to 10 days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement, but the full amount should show up for you.
