Subscription refund

Hi I was under the impression my subscription was cancelled and I got charged $122 I don’t have right now due to a health issue in my family. While I appreciate the services you provide I never launched my site and used my subscription. It would be greatly appreciated if I could get a one time refund for the $122. I have canceled my subscription the same day the money was taken so I’m not sure what how to ensure I get a refund
