Subscription Renewal

    I am trying to renew my company’s website subscription, but am unable to reach the person who paid for the website with their personal credit card. How do I work with WordPress to get my company’s website subscription renewed?

    Hi there,

    Only the account that owns the upgrades can renew it, and we can also only make changes to the upgrades with that person’s consent, so you will need to find a way to contact them so they can transfer the site and upgrades over to you or another account that can maintain the upgrades.

    I’m afraid we can’t make any exceptions to this, especially not in a case where a domain registration is involved as domains are considered the legal property of the person who bought it and we are bound by ICANN regulations in that regard.
