  I’m trying to click on the link to renew my domain name. It’s not working

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  When you allow your domain expire, it then goes through a process that can take several months to complete described at https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/. Please read that support doc carefully.

  If you’re logged into the account that is associated with your expired domain, they will look up its status and get in touch with details.

  If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into the associated account.

  Hi there,

  The domain studio22linencollection.com is owned by studio22lc — which is why you are unable to see it in the account you are logged in to.

  You can still renew the domain from that account, on the Manage Purchases page:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  Click on the domain and you will see the option to ‘Renew Now’.

  I clicked on the link you provided but I don’t see a “renew now” option. Can I just call someone with my payment info and get this done?

  You’re still logged in as pureandsimpleweddings. To renew, you will need to log out of this account and log back in as studio22lc. That account will give you the option to renew the domain.
