Subscription Renewal

  I received an e-mail saying it was time to renew my subscription personal plan and custom domain for my site. When I log in, my site is not showing up, and I do not see a place to renew.

  @andreahancock27 – the account you are posting from is only a couple of months old, so you probably need to log in with a different username account.

  The account you are logged in to doesn’t own any upgrades so it sounds like you have another account. Can you send a link to the site you need to renew?

  I noticed you have replied from another account this time — simplyovaryacting rather than andreahancock27.

  simplyovaryacting.com was originally purchased using your simplyovaryacting account but was later transferred to HostGator. We no longer have any control over the domain so it will need to be renewed through your account there.

  The Personal plan for simplyovaryacting.wordpress.com can be renewed through the Manage Purchases page in your simplyovaryacting account. You can check which account you are currently logged in to on the My Profile page.

  I received a subscription renewal notice for my domain site. When I clicked on the link to renew, it took me to another person’s site. When I logged into my site, there was a link to that other site on my page under “My Sites.” I do not know the person who owns the other site, but oddly enough, it appears that she is a student at KSU where I am an English professor. I never her had her in class, though. Looks like she got the site for a class and hasn’t used it since 2014. Somehow, ours our linked. Can you help?
