    I am trying to renew + pay for my subscription, but it’s stuck on the loading page everytime I go to renew. What do I do?

    Hi there,

    What exactly are you trying to renew? The account you’re using to post here does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com.

    staff-zara, just because someone mentions a self-hosted site in their question, please don’t assume they don’t have any WordPress.com upgrades, or that that’s actually the site they need help with.

    WordPress.org also does not sell any upgrades, so referring the OP to those forums in this case is not helpful at all – those forums can only help if someone is asking for help with a software problem with the open source version of WordPress, and that is not the case here.
