Subscription Renewal

  You cite in your renewal email that my credit card did not allow renewal. That credit card had already been updated some time back, and the updated card number appears in my Manage Purchases information. How do I ensure my subscription is not invalidated?

  Hi there,

  You can renew your plan or domain name in the Manage Purchases section of your Personal Settings.

  “modlook” tag has been added.
  You receive a reply from staff soon.
