Hi there, if you want to cancel a WordPressdotcom subscription, you can do so from your Manage Purchases dashboard as long as you are logged in with the username account that purchased the upgrade.

I don’t see any charges made to the account you’re contacting us from. Can you please let me know the WordPress.com username or site address associated with those charges so I can have a look?
Also, can you please use the following tool to check if those charges are from WordPress.com or not?

This is the account linked to my Paypal account, here’s the email linked to the account: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
I tried many times to get refunded and it does not work.

The plan renewed recently; we can refund it but we need to confirm whether it’s OK to cancel the domain. If we cancel, it won’t be released for use with another host, so if you want to use zythos.blog for any other purpose, please let us know.
Otherwise, go ahead and confirm the cancellation and we’ll get this taken care of.
