  Never post a phone number on a public forum! WordPress;com deosn’t have phone support so anyone calling claiming to be from wordpress.com is a fraude.

We’re able to answer general questions here in the forum but we do recommend logging in on the correct WordPress.com where you made those purchases, in order to be able to manage them.

  As it is, it looks like you’re referring to one domain renewal, and one Premium plan renewal. These are two separate items/purchases, especially as you mentioned they are being renewed. In case of need, we do have a general guide regarding purchase management:
