  How do I renew my subscription?

  You can renew your WordPress.com upgrades by logging into your site with the account that made the purchase(s).

  Then you’ll want to go to Store –> My Upgrades.

  You can then click on the Renew Now button to get started.

  judykimathope,

  The upgrades for mosaicofhope.net are not under the username you are posting from. Which is likely why you are having trouble finding where to renew them.

  Could you have created a second WordPress.com account at some point?
