subscription renewal – cannot find the invoice!

Hi we have a Premium plan for our website, http://www.marinesquarebrighton.com
The site was set up by someone else, (Laurence Bush) who initially handled the annual payments, but I have now taken over on behalf of our committee.
Laurence has received notification that our annual payment is due on July 17. I would like to pay this, but cannot find notification or any kind of invoice on the wp-admin part of the site to which I have access. Can you advise me where I can find this? Many thanks! Meriel Beattie

Hi there,
As the upgrade was purchased with Laurence’s account, only he is able to renew it.
If he is no longer with your organisation, or is no longer responsible for managing the site and its upgrades, the best course of action would be for him to transfer the site and all upgrades on it to your account instead.
To transfer ownership of the site he will need to log into his account and then click the Transfer Blog link under the blog title on this page:

This will also remove him as a user on the site.
The other option is that he remains the owner of the site, but transfers ownership of the upgrades to your account. To do that he will need to reply to this thread with his username to authorise this. Then I can move the upgrades for you.
As for renewing itself, that can be done from the Purhcases page:

We don’t issue invoices in lieu of payment, but once you renew we generate an invoice you can print out for your records.
