Subscription renewal errors

    Hello! I hope you are well. We are receiving the following error from our subscription plug in when some accounts are renewing. ‘Payment processing skipped – renewal order created on staging site under staging site lock. Live site is at…’ Any help you can provide to help us trouble shoot this error is much appreciated. It is not all renewal orders, just random ones.

    I’m not showing any WordPress.com hosted sites under the account you’re currently logged into.
