Subscription Renewal Failure

  Trying to renew my subscription, which expires January 2nd. However, when I click on the Renew Now button, the little exploding dot at the top of the page just continues exploding and nothing else happens, including the renewal. Help!

  Can you go to http://wordpress.com/purchases and try one more time? If it still fails, we’ll send a manual payment form to your email address so that you can pay in alternative ways.

  Sometimes, logging in and trying with a different browser may work.
