Subscription renewal problems

Hello,
a customer is having trouble renewing her subscription. On her end it says ‘can not renew because her subscription is on hold’ and on my end there is not option to renew for her.How can I renew for her?

Can you let us know the URL of the site where you’re having this problem? Also, are you selling the subscriptions or are they trying to make a purchase on WordPress.com? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
