Subscription renewals

    I purchased a domain registration for $18 a year, this is due to be renewed next year, I have now purchased a premium package which includes this domain for $ 99 a year, can you confirm I will not have to pay both subscriptions next year

    Hello Anne,

    Your Premium Trial is still in effect, so you haven’t yet been charged for that upgrade. Your account will be charged on October 12, should you choose to keep the plan.

    Unless you want to register another domain, as it is included in the Premium plan, we can bundle your current domain into the package. This way you will only be charged once for the Premium upgrade. You won’t be charged for the domain renewal AND separate Premium renewal separately.
