subscription renewed but not active

  I have paid for renewal for 3 years and received confirmation. It was charged to my credit card but the webpage is now not active.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To confirm, is this regarding the connection subscription for the domain face.org.au? The purchase was made from a different account connected to the site, frenchjason. It appears the no ads were renewed back on 2/17, but the connection subscription did not renew at that time.
  
  Do you have access to that account? You should be able to renew the subscription under that account and check the billing for the purchases made.

  Thank you, I do have acce3ss to the account. How do I renew the subscription, I cannot see the link to do so.

  Normally when you’re logged in on that account, the easiest way to manage your subscriptions in general is from this link:
  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  From there you can click on a specific subscription to view the details for it and manage the renewal as needed.
