Subscription service (domain)

  Hi,

  I was wondering about how your subscription services.
  Is there any option for monthly subscriptions or must I always go with 12 months.
  Also, if I decide to upgrade or downgrade, is that possible or I must stick with what I decided with for the 12 months. I am currently unsure how long I will be wanting my website up for, am I able to cancel halfway and get the rest of it refunded back to me (through paypal)?

  Thanks for getting in touch about your questions!

  All WordPress.com upgrades are paid for the annual amount at the time of purchase. We aren’t able to offer a monthly payment option.

  That said, you’re able to request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you decide that you’re not in love with it. More information about refunds can be found here:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

  If you decide part way through that you’d like to upgrade your plan to the next level you would then only pay the difference between the 2 plans.
