Subscription settings

  Why are my subscription settings continuing to change? I will receive emails to blogs I follow then all of a sudden they stop, I come in and check my settings and the block delivery is checked. I uncheck it and hit save settings….it’s okay for a bit then they stop being delivered. I come in and sure enough, it’s checked again to block deliveries.

  The blocking going on and off is definitely odd, Leah. I’m also sorry you appear to have waited so long for help. I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  I see that the option is still unchecked. Please let us know if it suddenly switched off again.

  I’ve had to go back in and change it back to unchecked once since I sent the original message. Haven’t had any issues outside of that.
