subscription to comments using "Subscribe to Comments Reloaded"

subscription to comments using “Subscribe to Comments Reloaded”:
when I subscribed as a user to a post on the blog http://cbradt.com; with my standard gmail address, the notification that I was subscribed came to a very old, outdated address. I couldn’t find that old, outdated address *anywhere* within the blog settings, the plugin settings or my wordpress.com account, or my jetpack account. Any idea where “Subscribe to Comments Reloaded” might have gotten that old address from?
