subscription troubles for some

It appears that some are having trouble subscribing to our recordings posted on the site. In my own experience, it seems to work for Firefox, but both rss links (for the podcast and updates) when using Internet Explorer lead to a blank white page full of code. We are also receiving e-mails entitled [The Vanderslice Salon] Please moderate: “How to Subscribe”, and at the end of this e-mail is an option to accept the person’s subscription, but when I click that link, I get this message in Worpress that says:
Oops, no comment with this ID. Go back!
This gives me the impression that certain people are not managing to subscribe to our podcasts. I understand that I am probably missing some obvious detail, but if anyone can clarify to me what must be done to make our recordings unanimously available and all if any steps in the process that we ourselves are neglecting.
This is one of our comments if it lends any further clarity:
Mr. Vanderslice or website manager,
I have tried to click on the link for subscribing to the new site for your podcast program. I have had no success in completing the subscription process. I hope you can give me any insight on how or when one could be able to continue to subscribe to the podcast without any difficulties with operation software or any other limitations. I look forward to your correspondence.Thank you for your time.
