subscription widget

  I have Lovecraft theme. The subscription widget reads, ‘You are following this blog, along with X number other amazing people.’
  I don’t like the word ‘amazing’ — it sounds pretentious to me — but I can’t remove it. Do I need to replace it with another subscription widget.
  To compound this, I have resurrected my blog after a hiatus of 4 years, and I don’t remember how to replace a widget, and haven’t been able to find the info online.

  Hi @cookinginmexico, there’s not a way to change the text of that particular widget, but you can remove the part about who else is following the site.

  Go to My Site > Customize, and click on Widgets. You should find it there, and can update its options.
