  You’ll need to install the Jetpack plugin on your new site, then connect it to wordpress.com with your wordpress.com username and make ure the Subscriptions module is activated.

  Once you’ve followed all the steps listed, notify us here in this thread and staff can do the final transfer for you.

  Jetpack has been installed and connected to “thezooks” which is the http://www.hoozhooz.wordpress.com username. Subscriptions module has been activated. The .org (www.hoozhooz.com) username is “(email visible only to moderators and staff)”, if you need it.
