Subscriptions

Hello! So I am having trouble with email subscribers. My husband and my best friend tried to subscribe via email and it said on the blog that they subscribed. A confirmation email was sent to their email. They confirm it. However, on my platform it doesn’t show them as registered. It’s only been like 20 hours, but when one of my other friends subscribed via email it showed up immediately. SO I am just confused as to why it works for some, but not others. What do I do?

Good Morning @wifetalk – I would simply try to log out + back in to your WordPress.com account and then see if the new subscriptions are reflected on your dashboard.
If not, you can also try clearing your browser cache and cookies. Here are the instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/
Create a test email account and try to subscribe to your blog via the test email account and see if you are successful.
