  I am getting emails which I subscribed to a while ago, but no longer need. When I went to the bottom of the email to click unsubscribe, it took me to a page to manage my subscriptions. That page says I have no subscriptions and yet I’m still receiving the emails. How can I fix this?

  Hi myfirmfoundation,

  Are these emails relating to blogs that you follow?

  When you go to your subscription management page at

  https://subscribe.wordpress.com/?email=YOUR EMAIL HERE

  …you can click on the Settings tab and check the box to “Block all email updates from blogs you’re following on WordPress.com”.

  This will stop emails from coming through.

  The other thing to try is to make sure that you’re looking at the settings for the correct email address. If you have multiple email addresses in use, you will have to unsubscribe from the one you’ve signed up to WordPress with.
