Subscriptions

  Subscriptions created are not renewing and charging for orders. The subscription is creating the new order, then placing the subscription on hold, and not processing the charge and updating the account to ship. I can not see why the order is not charging and updating as paid/unshipped. I don’t know why this is happening, or how to correct it. Thanks for your help.

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, contact support for whatever ecommerce, shipping or subscription plugin you’re using on your site.
