subscriptions and e-mail subscriptions

    Question. I just brought my wordpress blog down to private for the time being and maybe permanenttly. If someone had subscribed or otherwise had been getting my posts though an RSS feed, Google Reader, etc, now if I make a new post, will these unknown (or known, this one person I never should have told about the blog is the reason I brought it down to private) but will anyone on an RSS feed or having subscribed, will they know of new posts through e-mail, Google reader, RSS, or any other avenue, if I make a new post?

    So much about these technical things I don’t know.
