Subscriptions/Follow Me plus Default text colour

    Two Q:
    1. Using Classic Editor, I want to attempt to put a link in the main body of my text promoting Subscriptions/Follow Me, in addition to using the Subscription/Follow Me widget. Can this possibly be done, or am I just stuck with just using a widget?
    2. Can I personally set a default colour to use in my text in Classic Editor?

    You can use the blog subscription shortcode to offer a subscription signup form in the body of a post or page in the classic editor:

    2. Can I personally set a default colour to use in my text in Classic Editor?

    Afraid not. This isn’t possible in either the classic or the block editor.

    If your theme supports custom colours, you can change the main text colour for the entire site from the Customizer. But the font colour options available inside the editor itself only apply to the specific post or page you’re working on, and there’s no option to make it the default for any new posts as well.
