hi, I represent ngo. We want to pay for a domain, but first we must have an invoice for accounting. Otherwise we can not give money. The option of payment from the card is completely impossible. Can we ask you to send an invoice in the mail? Regards. Maya

All upgrades must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. No purchase orders or invoices can be issued.
Companies and non profits or any other groups do not own blogs. Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and their associated email address.
You must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog who is the sole owner and Admin of the blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator to purchase and/or renew upgrades for the blog. If you’d like your upgrade to renew automatically each year, you can Enable Auto Renew.
