Subscriptions Issues

I have been trying to upgrade to a paid plan. When I submit my payment it gives me an error code (WITH NO CLICK-ABLE LINK). The error code is: HYTFSI, something about payment processing. I have checked with my bank to ensure that there is nothing wrong from their end. Anybody around to help solve this or get me in touch with support?
