Subscriptions List Not Generating

When I click on ‘my subscriptions’ today, instead of showing new posts, by day from all my subscriptions as usual, it is basically just 2 of my subscriptions and all of their posts for the past lifetime it looks like :-(
I am also unable to get into ‘manage subscriptions’ as it takes me to the same messed up subscriptions page

Gosh, I already answered you in another thread telling you to contact Staff. There’s no need to create duplicate threads and it’s confusing when that happens so please do not do that. Volunteers cannot help with this issue only Staff can. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

Gosh, unfortunately I am not able to contact staff thru that link or the general support way. It just keeps looping me back to the main contact page with no way to actually ‘contact’.
I wouldn’t repost if I could actually get help, but I appreciate you taking the time to let me know.

Here’s some help. After you use the searchbox here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.

Thank you, I appreciate your help. Being fairly new, I don’t know the ins and outs, so I appreciate your letting me know.
I also think the issue i’m having may have to do with using Explorer instead of Firefox.
