subscriptions not showing up on stats page

  I know of at least two people who have subscribed to my blog and have received notice of updates but my subscription is still showing as zero. Can you please help me resolve this, thanks.

  Did they subscribe using WordPress email subscriptions or using FeedBurner? If they did use WordPress subscriptions, have they confirmed their subscription? They will not show up in your blog stats until confirmed.
