Subscriptions not working

  My email subscriptions are not being received by subscribers for the past several posts. The only different thing I am aware of doing is adding a new domain and making that the dominant one. Would that screw up subscribers’ subscriptions somehow? Thanks, Loretta

  Hi Loretta. Do you know any of your subscribers? Have you asked them if they checked their spam folder? (In case the new post notification ended up there).

  I am aware of at least two subscribers who have checked their spam folder and found no posts. I have also noted that on the stats section, “Totals, Followers, and Shares”, my email subscribers are no longer included among those figures.

  Hi,
  I’m having trouble with one email address falls repeatedly off of my subscription list…is that a problem for others? Any ideas why this would happen?
