  I can’t figure out how to allow people to subscribe to my blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You should have a subscriptions Widget

  Dashboard >> Appearance >> Widgets >> Blog Subscriptions

  CAUTION: if you have not changed any Widgets when you put the first Widget over the Default Widgets will go away and you will need to add back ALL of the Widgets that you really want for your Sidebar.
