sub/sibling-pages widget

  a widget that appears only if the current page has sub/sibling pages? i find this would be particularly useul on sites with the page list located elsewhere.

  ok, lemme rephrase that. here’s a request then? can someone do it? i’ll give it a shot myself too but i wanna see if anyone else can do it too? or if there already is such a widget i’d not want to reinvent the wheel?
