    The theme you’re using doesn’t support footer widgets, so there’s no way to move any widget to the bottom of the page. On the other hand, you can just remove the meta widget entirely if you want.

    To do that, go to My Sites and click on Customize. Click on the Widgets tab and there you can add, remove and rearrange widgets in your sidebar the way you want them.
