subsription to comments not working on my site

when people subscribe to get follow up comments sent to their email they are only getting comments from me…AND NOT THE REST OF MY READERS…
This is not a problem on other wordpress blog when I subscribe to comments so it must be a problem with my blog…
can anyone help..
I’ve gotten reports that it’s gone on for at least a month.

I just realized I moderate everything now and I’m wondering if this could be why. I used to allow comments to be posted after one comment had been approved. I don’t do that anymore…does holding comments in moderation stop them from being forwarded to email when I do approve them?

It would certainly make sense if it did, since you’d obviously have seen the comment already. But it shouldn’t effect whether or not the other readers get comments sent to their emails. If I were you, I’d contact staff and let them know via your Contact Support button.

I can’t find contact support anymore…where’d it go? I used to contact them now and then and I no longer know where the button is??
