Substantial number of posts gone
-
I went to my blog today, and the front has reverted to an archive from october. I can find my old posts and edit them via the comments listed in the dashboard (which still exist), but I can’t access anything on the site from my Posts section of the dashboard or from my front page later than October. Have I lost my data forever, or can this be fixed? I haven’t done any mucking with the settings and such that might cause this.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Same thing happened to me just now… many were gone – now they’re back. Is there a way to automatically backup? Geez.

All fixed. No data was lost – it was a bug in the way posts were displayed.
WordPress.com is heavily backed up in case of disasters. You can use the Export feature to fetch a backup for your own peace of mind.

So WP backs up all my writing? Really wow, I’m thinking that could save me space on my dinosaur of a computer.

Thank you, Key Master. I freaked out. ;-)
It’s nice to know WordPress is backed up. Thanks again! -
