Subtitle glitch on separate paid account

Unfortunately, I am not able to access my account via a pending email change. However , this request has to do with a duplication of my 1st subtitle to my 3rd. For some reason, the 3rd subtitle refuses to appear, and the 1st replaces it. It’s only changeable if you change the 1st subtitle (both will edit). 3rd subtitle text still appears in the ‘customize’ section. Not sure how to fix.

It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.
