Suburbia not compatibel with Windows Live Writer?

  Reposting.

  Anyone tried working with Windows Live Writer on the Suburbia theme?

  Windows Live Writer has a Preview feature but it is not working properly with Suburbia. Instead of showing a preview of the post I am working on all I see is a preview of how the post will look like on the front page, meaning I can not use the preview feature.

  I am not using a static front page.

  I think the preview feature may not work properly with Suburbia. I have seen screenshots from WLW with other themes and it looks good. I also tried a different theme and Windows Live Writer worked like a charm.

  Anyone experienced the same? Any suggestions for workarounds? If not I will have to leave Suburbia as Windows Live Writer has so many nice features and saves me a lot of time.

  Internet Explorer privacy settings is set to “standard”. Third party cookies are blocked or allowed according to MS definitions of “bad”. It should be ok, or…?

  I have a private blog and I am using the Ever After theme and everything is working. I really do not want to lower the security settings but I can give it a try.

  Adjusting security settings does not solve the problem.
