  Hi,
  I want to just post an image or video and have it appear on the home page as a thumbnail – I do this in my ‘visual’ tab, but on the home page the image won’t appear, only a grey box – how can I get this (or any) image or thumbnail of a video to also read on the home page so the post doesn’t appear empty?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Suburbia can’t display videos on the main posts page. You need to create a relevant image and set it as a featured image to the post in question.

  I took a screen shot, put it in the ‘visual’ box, but of course now both the screen shot and video show up in the post.
  – I think you understand: I want a representation of the video for the post on the ‘front’ page, open the post, then see the video… can’t figure out how to do this…
