Suburbia theme static page picture will not display correctly.
-
I have suburbia theme on Imac computer (www.pastorjchappell.com) and have loaded the pic for the static home screen; however, when I view the page, the pic is cut off and not displaying properly. I have cleared cache and cookies, but to no avail. Please advise.

picture in customize view is correct, but dashboard view is cutoff? What could cause this?

Hi there!
I went to your site and I didn’t see a photo that you were using on your homepage. Can you let me know what page you were setting up for your static home page and I’ll be happy to take a look.
Also, sometimes the dashboard preview will crop the image for space constraints. The Customize view will render your site and is more accurate if you’re trying to make adjustments.
Once I have that information, I’ll be happy to take a closer look.
Thanks!

I am not sure if it is right, but the welcome page is the static page. I don’t know how to edit a “home page?” Without the dashboard, when I go into the site normal, the picture in the upper right hand corner is not displaying correctly. I have posted 2 screen shots labeled “support pics” on the site for your review so that you can understand exactly what I am speaking about since this post would not accept the pics. Thank you for your help.

Hi there, when Carolyn mentioned the home page, she meant the static front page (the welcome page) on your site.
When I visit your site, I don’t see a picture in the upper right hand corner. Did you mean the upper left hand corner? I see a broken image link in that corner of the site. Here is a screenshot to show you what I am seeing: http://cl.ly/image/26463o14172z
When I tried to view the screenshot posts you made, I didn’t see any images there. Can you upload those screenshots directly to your Media Library by going to Media > Add New? I can view the screenshots from there.
Once I know we are talking about the same thing, I can help you get things straightened out. :)
