  (1) Please see the S on the opening page? I would like to edit this but I cannot
  (2) There is a preview home page that I cannot edit but I see that it can be edited from the preview of the theme I just want to insert a photo or graphics if possible but right not I have a blank white space

  I just switched to Suburbia theme but I cannot seem to add or put widgets into a sidebar. I have gone to my dashboard and added: links, recent posts, twitter, archives, follow blog, search…but none of these are visible.

  Please help.

  They are visible when you view a single post. Suburbia doesn’t display the sidebar on the main page.

  You’re welcome. If you need widgets on your main page, you must add them to the footer areas.
