Sudden reduction in size of WP blog content, so small as to be illegible

    I am trying to get back to the ‘normal’ and legible size of all content on my blog. I was happily putting a post together, adding media, and suddenly everything on the page became so minimised in size as to be illegible. I saved the post (I hope) and logged out but now cannot log back in because the log in form is so small I cannot read it. Help, please!
