sudden request for payment on my site

    Hi there,

    Where are you seeing a request for payment?

    All sites in your account are on our free plan. If you’re seeing a notice in the dashboard that you have an uncompleted purchase that you have to pay for, you probably accidentally added an upgrade to the cart for that site at some point. Click on that notice to view the cart, and delete the upgrade appearing there, and the notice will go away.
