Suddenly Can’t Upload Audio Files

    I’ve been happily uploading pretty large (30MB) audio files for months. A couple days ago, I tried to upload a 29MB mp3 file (something I’ve done many times before), and can’t get it to work. Tried both flash and browser uploaders. In flash uploader, it looks like it’s working, but hangs at some point in the middle, then eventually returns an IO error. In browser uploader, it spins the cursor for a looong time and then goes to a page titled “WordPress Failure Notice.” That failure notice says nothing but “Are you sure you want to do this?” After poking around the support forums, I also cleared cookies and cache. None of this has worked. I’ve only used 325MB of my 30GB upload space.
