suddenly charged on domain name

  my domain name will expire but i do not plan to continue, i was suddenly charged $26. Please help me immediately!

  hi,
  Try cancelling the domain upgrade from the my upgrades page., that way you should be able to get the refund for the domain renewal in a couple of days. Please do remember that, once you cancel the domain upgrade, you will lose all access to your domain physicsres.com, and it is an irreversible process and you will not get the domain back again. Please be very sure before cancelling the domain upgrade. You can move the domain to another registrar if you still wish to keep the domain, but not host it with WordPress.com.

  Hi @physuniverse,

  Happy to cancel this domain and refund the renewal charge for you. Can you just reply back to confirm that you no longer want the domain physicsres.com? Once the domain is cancelled, it will be sent back to the registrar. The registrar may then sell it to someone else. Just want to confirm you no longer want the domain!

  It looks like the upgrade has already been cancelled through a chargeback issued through your financial institution. The financial institution will credit your account with the funds.
