Suddenly I see 2 websites

Hi, please help me understand why do I see 2 websites suddenly. I had created only 1. I logged in to check the stats today, I see all the options in red instead of blue & I see a new site that has the same name as my site ( unspoken stuff) and I see new option as ‘switch sites’. Please help me understand what has went wrong and how do I get back to normal? My main 1st site. unspoken stuff. My primary site. Please advice.

Hello there, if you no longer want your second site unspokenstuffin you can follow this guide to deleting it. https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/
Just make sure you are logged in to the correct dashboard when you do so.
On the other hand, having a second, private site is very handy if you want to try out blocks or features without disturbing your primary site. :)

Dear Jennifer, thank you so much for responding back to me in the need of the hour. I really appreciate it. My main question and biggest concern is, the second site that has somehow appeared has the same name of the site which is my primary. You getting me? and strange enough somehow it has a “coming soon” tag written at the bottom. I have no clue whatsoever how that happened. Anyways, I looked at your solution. I understood every part of it. Frankly before all this, I went to the same spot and I understood but I needed to be assured first. Now my biggest concern is what if I select the new clone site that has appeared & go to delete it, the message that will pop up is “www.wordpress.unspokenstuff.com” will no longer will be available in future. NOW THATS MY FEAR. My primary site domain is SAME. So what will happen? How will my primary site work? Will people be able to see my site or not? Please advice.

Hello again, deleting one site doesn’t affect the other site. Your site unspokenstuff.wordpress.com will still be visible.
That was also why I mentioned that when you go to delete unspokenstuffin, make sure you are in the dashboard for that site. However, even if you do accidentally delete the wrong site, it’s possible to recover it within the first 30 days after deletion.
